- Review contractor submittals and respond to RFIs.
- Quantify civil works for BOQ and tender packages.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of technical office experience.
- Proficient with AutoCAD; Revit Structure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design low-voltage distribution and lighting systems.
- Coordinate cable trays with mechanical and BIM teams.
- Prepare load schedules, single-line diagrams, and panel schedules.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in contracting or a technical office.
- Proficient with AutoCAD MEP, DIALux, and ETAP.
Responsibilities
- Size HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with electrical and civil for routing and clashes.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in contracting or a technical office.
- Proficient with HAP, Revit MEP, and Pipe-Flo.
